Security Deposit: A Security deposit of £100 is required to confirm your booking. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of your booking. This is held to cover accidental damage or breakages and loss of keys. After post departure inspection we will refund the full security deposit subject to the property being left in a clean condition.

*CASA PEDRO ONLY * Please ensure that you have left a payment of €60 to cover cleaning, laundry and linen changes. If the latter payment is not left, this amount will be deducted from the security deposit.

Your booking confirmation reference number should be quoted on all payments and correspondence.

​

Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to your booking date or once your booking is confirmed, if less than 6 weeks prior to your booking.

​

Breakages: They happen, so please try to replace the broken item if possible, but in any event please notify us so that we can replace any damaged items before our next guests arrive.

​

Loss of Keys: If you do not return keys unfortunately you will forfeit £50 of your security deposit as the keys are very costly to replace.

Check In and Check Out: Check in time is from 15:00. Check out is at 10.00 am.

Cancellations prior to 6 weeks before your confirmed booking date:

 

We will refund the full amount of your rental charge, but retain the £100 security deposit to cover administration costs

Cancellations within 6 weeks of your booking date:

We will try to re-let the property and if successful will refund your rental charge but retain the full security deposit to cover administration costs.

Meet & Greet: We are able to offer a meet and greet service at both properties.
